The staff - amiable and helpful. Big bedroom with central heating, flat-screen television and a fridge which was a nice touch. It was located in a good area not far from the centre of Zermatt and railway station,.

Overall experience was very pleasant. Everything was as described, great cleanliness and rooms and an unbeatable location for exploring Zermatt. In general perfect property but it had uncomfortable bathroom.

it was excellent place for visiting most zermatt attractions. staff were super at any time. appreciated the easy check-in too. views over the mountain were magnificent. had really great stay.

There was sunny balcony in the room. Cooked for ourselves as it had a kitchen. Best of all, it was 5 minutes to the city center.
